He was chosen for the Haryana team after he played Kabaddi at school level. He became versatile after he was elected by India's sporting SAI SA that sent him to Gandhinagar. In 2011 he was elected to represent India in young Asiads.
During the first three seasons of the Pro Kabaddi League PKL he was part of the Patna Pirates and in the PKL season 4 he moved to the Telugu titles. He was also a captain of Patna Pirates and led them to the season 2 semi-finals.

With 53 successful treaties he was rewarded with the best defender of the match in DCL season 3. In 2016 he was elected for the Indian national team for the South Asian Games.
