His parents recognized his dream and did not hesitate and carried him to the Karnataka Cricket Academy, where the camp would be organized.
Irfan Sait, the coach who overseen the camp, was impressed by Veda's talent. When he called the prodigy's daughter, the coach asked his parents to register him immediately at the academy.
Her parents, however, had doubts as they entered the academy for Veda to stay alone in the city without any careful about her.

Coach, Irfan Sait, did not want to forget; The girl's "child care" was entrusted to Spoorthi Ramesh, a former female actress of the state. The latter did not even think about it and agreed to give future talent.
Thanks to her skills, Veda entered Karnataka's high team at the age of thirteen. Veda soon rose like a drummer and did not look back. Under his leadership, the Sub-19 Karnataka team won the Interstate State Cup twice in a row in the South Zone.
In November 2015 Veda won a contract with category B with BCCI. This was the first time when BCCI offered contracts to players. In an interview Veda said she was very friendly with her colleagues, Mithali Raj and Jhulan Goswami.
