Sindhu is a very hard worker athlete. She follows very strict training and begins to practice badminton daily at 4:15 AM. She was called NDTV india from the year 2014. Sindhu's parents are former soccer players.
Her best achievement was won in 2012 by the Li-China Masters Superstar Series, in which she defeated the Golden Medalist Li Xuerui in China in London 2012.
On March 30, 2015 she received the 4th highest Indian citizen honor, Padma Shri.
