Although Meher made his debut in Bollywood with the 2005 Lucky: No Time For Love movie, she was first seen as a nurse in the movie, Saaya 2003.
It was during the shooting of her first television show, Kis Desh Main Hai Mera Dil, that Meher fell in love with her protagonist Manav Vij. Shortly after a few months of dating, the couple linked the tone to a secret wedding ceremony.

Despite his prediction for positive roles, Meher tried his hands a negative role in the TV program Ram Milaayi Jodi 2010. The short film by Meher, The Pied Piper 2013, has been shown at various international festivals.
