He was trained martial artist since his fourth year. He was a sportsman and was more in the sport than in the theater at the beginning of his career. His true name was Jai Hemant Shroff, but Jackie called him the Tiger, when he slightly looked like a tiger when he was small.
Tiger helped Aamir Khan in his training routine to improve his physics for the Aamir film - Dhoom 3. @ The relationship between the two became so strong that Amir was very excited about the production of the first Tiger movie, but it could not be later.
He worked very hard for his first film as he trained for this film for 3 years. In 2017 he played the role of Munna Roy, a dancer inspired by Michael Jackson.
In order to achieve the level of perfection as a dancer, he was coached by Michael's choreographer in Los Angeles. It was observed that Tiger had linked a red ties around his hand during the film, a tribute to Michael Jackson.
He also appeared in the 2nd student of Punit Malhotra, who is following the 2012 movie, Student of the Year. Tiger is a fan of the WWE and a great manio in the gym. He also became Bengaluru Tigers's brand ambassador and co-owner.
