She later appeared on Nima Sandal Soap's television comedy that gave her a great recognition. Before she appeared in India in her first film, she had already recorded three different films in three different languages, such as Malajalam, Telugu and Tamil.
Preeti Jhangiani worked in eight films in different languages. She has been producing the production of her husband, "Very Fishy Films".
RIFF 2017 presented her with the Best Actor Prize for her film "Taawdo The Sunlight" in Rajasthan, in which she played a widow, mother of two.
