The TV broadcasts, Videocon Flashback and Timex Timepass, broadcast on Channel V, were straightforward in the early 90's. Jaffrey is not only a judge, but also co-founder of Boogie Woogie, the first Indian reality show.
Bombay Boys' song in Mumbai is designed, written and choreographed by Jaffrey. He stayed first for six weeks. The first wife of Jaffrey, Zeba Bakhtiar, a Pakistani actress, was short married in 1993 with the singer Adnan Sami. These include Zeba's third marriage.

His character Charlie Anna in the first commercial Indian business indoor, Roadside Romeo (a collaboration between Yash Raj Films and Disney, was very appreciated. Until now, Jaffrey has participated in more than 300 shows and events in India and abroad.
He even shared the scene with the late singer and dancer Michael Jackson. Jaffrey is honored as a living member of the International Film and Television Club of the Asian Academy of Film and Television.
