In an interview he said his mother was a South Indian and belonged to Andhra Pradesh, but later moved to Karnataka. Shah Rukh Khan's father was a relative of freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose, his father was the nephew of General Shah Nawaz, the second leader of Subhash Chandra.
His name was Shahruk, which means "king's face", but he prefers to write his name under the name Shah Rukh Khan. He was only 15 when his father died of cancer in 1981. He received the title 'Sword of Honor' in St. Columba's School in New Delhi, which was awarded to the school's best student.
Besides scholars, he was active in sports and stood out in hockey and soccer at his school. SRK called Yaar. He also played small rolls in Umeed soap operas, Wagle Ki Duniya, Mahan Karz and even in the English television movie "In Annie, it gives it."

SRK was later featured in back films called Chamatkar, Raju Ban Gaya-Lord, Maya Memsab, King Oncle, Baazigar, Darr and Cameo in Pehla Nasha. Although he does not coincide with his real life, his dialogue "I love you KKK Kiran" from the film - Darr has become a success forever.
In 1994 he signed the film - Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa and offered a sum of € 25,000 for the entire movie. It also sold the movie tickets to the window of reservation on the first day of the film in cinema in Mumbai. He became a home name after the movie "Dilwale Dulhaniya The Jayenge".
He is married to Gauri Khan, a university enthusiastic, and has two children and a daughter. When recording the song "Chaiya Chaiya" in a musical train for the film "Dil Se", he was the only one who was not connected to the train, while all other dancers had to protect themselves.
